Getting Started

Don’t have your KegelCoreTM?

Get started by following the fast, easy set-up instructions in the app, or the User Guide you received with your KegelCoreTM. You can also download the Extended User Guide here.

We recommend you do one 5-minute workout once daily for at least 3 months, or until you feel you’ve achieved your desired pelvic fitness level.  But don’t stop there. Keep up the good work!  As with any muscle training program, consistency and maintenance are key.

The KegelCoreTM app provides instant biofeedback — tracks progress and records your training

  • Smartphone app helps guide and record your workouts and provides instant biofeedback.
  • Smartphone app tracks parameters such as strength, speed, and reaction time to track and report training progress.
  • Workout types include Strength, Endurance, and Relax programs, all of which are important parts of a complete workout.

What to Expect

You can expect to start feeling results in a few weeks, but it can take up to 3 months of consistent, correct pelvic floor workouts to get back to the right amount of tone and relaxation control.
